Debian安裝筆記

Last update : 2009-06-12

這是初再玩Debian的安裝筆記，只是為了方便而設…

假設讀者對GNU/Linux的安裝、使用有一般經驗。

建議設定多個apt source，香港的mirror實在太差，很多東東都沒有的…

如果閣下的系統只是作為桌面使用，其實unstable都不錯，否則stable的東西可能會把你悶死。

有些packages是unstable沒有的，建議先apt-get install rpm，然後再找rpm安装。

[-- Installation --]

1. insert the Debian CD (debian-31r2-i386-netinst.iso 總之新版本啦)

2. type “linux26″ to start with 2.6 kernel (現在的版本一來就是2.6)

3. choose your language (English)

4. choose your location (HongKong)

5. choose the keymap

[hardware detection]

6. choose primary network interface (your NIC for internet)

7. hostname

8. domain

[Harddisk Partitioning]

50MB for /boot, 20GB for /, RAM x 2 for swap

[Install base system]

9. Please, please choose GRUB is your boot loader and install it to the MBR

10. (CD Ejected) Installation complete, press reboot

[System reboot]

11. set time zone

12. give root password and create an user

13. select the download source(unstable) and the system will update

[DON'T remove the current kernel !]

14. install the new kernel, and install GRUB again

16. update all current packages (#apt-get update; apt-get upgrade;) of course it may take a long time

樽頸

　　近來都遇到樽頸，功夫如是、技術如是、文章如是。

　　應該是十多年累積的危機開始爆發。首先是休息不足。還記得甫踏入中學校門，我就開始了變態的夜生活，雖然不瞌藥不抽煙不嫖賭，但晚上都是電玩閱讀編程，很累人的活動，再加上中二開始的地獄式減重修練，應該是虛耗過度。後來大學長駐宿社，夜夜狂歡，但我是有早課的……

　　上班後整天對着屏幕，又走去學太極拳、要兼顧日常操練，每天睡四、五小時︰已經比大學時多了……

　　我應該會很快死掉，還要卡在樽頸上不了去……

十五萬人又如何？

　　老實說，悼念晚會的人數遠超想像，原來香港還是有很多人忘不了。

　　那天晚上很熱，幸好先換下老西，坐到草地中間的通道。除了零三年的七一，這是第二次參加社會運動。

　　大家的精神值得加許，追求民主自由十分高尚，也十分貼近生活。但就在散會時還到的事，令我不禁想到︰「十五萬人又如何？」

　　散會時到銅鑼灣港鐵站侯車，列車來了，第一時間當然是先讓列車的乘客下車，這時一位在我後面身穿天安門母親汗衫的男人一個箭步上前，還要伸手擋在門邊護送幾位女性朋友進入。那一刻我既忿怒，又痛心，大家半小時前才一起在高呼民主自由，才轉眼間就為了個人小小的方便而忘顧秩序自我失控。這不是應了中共所說的現在中國還不適合民主嗎？

　　民主自由不是空喊口號，那是生活的一部份，如果連生活小節都出現以上的惡霸流氓行為，又如何令人放心你是一個民主鬥士呢？如果大家還是這個劣質市民，十五萬又如何？十三億又如何？

　　老實說有時真的在想，或者中共那一套才是乎合國情吧︰中國人是要管的！

　　以目前情況我得不到更好的結論……

Terminator的啟示

　　跟朋友看了未來戰士，回來忽發奇想︰其實平反碌死是多餘的，我們應把資源全力投放到研發時光機，然後派個殺手把出兵碌死的幾個人幹掉就可以了！
